Adult beginner-improvers group lessons - THURSDAYS

A block of 4 weeks of coaching for players who have undertaken a course of beginner coaching at the club.

The aim of the lessons is to improve upon the basics of tennis. Each class will have a warm up, focused drills on a specific skills (e.g. forehands, backhands, volleys, serve and returns) and then some match play (singles and doubles).
